In today's modern world, food is changing rapidly in front of our eyes and not in a good way. You can see labels on the back of food items getting longer by the day with words that we can barely understand. One has to have to have a degree in Chemistry in order to know what is going into the body.
The food industry is always looking for cheaper ways of producing its products, all the while claiming that the artificial ingredients are not bad for human consumption.
On a physical scale to see a change in the human body, there need to be decades of consumption, and usually the changes are discovered when it is too late.
But the change in behavior is seen rapidly. Children born in modern times are likely to be diagnosed with some mental disorder like ADHD and this comes down to what type of food is being consumed.
Modern parents don’t have the time nor the energy to cook for the children from scratch so they go down the route of ordering food or having fast food chain restaurant food. The food that comes from those places has to be made cheap in order to have profits, otherwise it does not work for the restaurant.
