Collection: Session Rules

Updated version valid from November 29 2025 on all past and future bookings.


1. Please arrive on time for your session.
If you are 10, 20 or more minutes late, your session cannot be extended in order to catch up for the missing time because Nikola and Lidija have appointments with other clients after you.
Therefore, if you are late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time.



2. You can reschedule your session date and time.
- If you reschedule your session 8 days or more prior the day of the session, you don’t need to pay any extra fee.
- If you reschedule your session 6 or 7 days prior the day of the session, you have to pay a fee of 30%. This means that for your new session date, you will be sent a link that you will use to pay the 30% fee.
- If you reschedule your session 4 or 5 days prior the day of the session, you have to pay a fee of 50%. This means that for your new session date, you will be sent a link that you will use to pay the 50% fee.
- If you reschedule your session 2 or 3 days prior the day of the session, you have to pay a fee of 70%. This means that for your new session date, you will be sent a link that you will use to pay the 70% fee.
- If you reschedule your session 24 hours or less prior the day of the session, or you miss your session for any reason, a fee of 100% will be applied. This means that for your new session date, you will have to purchase the session again.

These rules apply to all paid in full, both individual session (regardless of their duration) and to session packages.

3. The same rules apply for the translation fee for those sessions that were booked with the option “With Translation”.
These fees have to be paid directly to the translator of your session.



4. When rescheduling your session, please keep in mind that both Nikola and Lidija are booked months ahead and you could be waiting for your new session date 6, 8 months or more.

5. When rescheduling your session, when possible and available, an urgent date could be offered to you, which shortens the waiting time for some months. In that case, there is the urgent date fee of 60 euros that applies for every session, in addition to the regular session fee of 30%, 50%, 70% or 100%, depending how many days prior to the session date you reschedule.

6. If a session package (which has multiple sessions) requires urgent dates, the urgent date fee is applied to every individual session of that package.

7. Refunds for sessions, session packages, webinars, lectures, classes or any other
product or service on our website are not possible.

8. Transferring your sessions to someone else is not allowed. You can however
reschedule your session following the guidelines under rule 2 (above mentioned).

9. In case of choosing the option “Reserve” and paying 50% of the session or session package amount, refunds are not possible.
It is possible however to reschedule the appointment or appointments, following the rules under numbers 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 (above explained.)

When choosing the option „Reserve”, you agree to pay 50% of the total session or session package fee.

This option gives you the opportunity to reserve your Fate Changer dates (or your desired dates) months ahead of the date when the session is taking place.

The “Reserve” option is nonrefundable.

You will pay 50% at moment of your booking and the remaining 50%, at least 35 days before your appointment/s through a special link that we will send directly to your email.

Failing to complete your payment at least 35 days before the start of your session or session package, results in losing your deposit and that slot or slots become available to other customers.

Reserving sessions and session packages without the 50% deposit fee is not possible, because you are taking away the opportunity for someone else to get the earliest available dates at that moment.

There is no “Reserve” option for urgent sessions and packages whose starting date is 35 days or less from the date of the booking.

10. We at Spirituality Onwards are extremely diligent and do show up to all our appointments, even when they are booked 6, 8 or more months ahead of time.
This rate is 99,5% accurate.
However, life is life and emergencies can happen.
For those 0,05% of situations, we reserve the right to reschedule your session or session package. 
We will notify you days ahead, sometimes even weeks ahead and offer you another date and time which is still compatible with your Fate Changer period for that session or package.
This new appointment will take place within a range of 1 to 14 days before or after your original session slot.

11. If your assigned translator happens to have an emergency situation, they need to notify us first, Spirituality Onwards, and we will do our best to give you another of our translators instead.
Or you can, only in this case, arrange someone whom you know, trust and who is fluent in English and familiar with the terminology that we use in sessions.

In the case you choose to provide your own translator, our translator will give you a full refund (100%) of the translation fee for that missed session.

If we successfully replace on time your translator with another one who works with us, the old translator will pay the new translator their translation fee for your booked session.

12. If the translator for any of your sessions is late, or doesn’t show up, or forgets about your session, or has a last minute emergency while Nikola or Lidija are present on time for your session (which all qualifies under the parameters of us, Spirituality Onwards, not having enough time to arrange a different translator for your session in question), the translator itself will pay for your rescheduled session in full (100% of the missed session fee), plus an urgent session fee for your new appointment.
