Self – love is such a powerful virtue that can help you heal both yourself and your life much quicker than any other tool.

When we love ourselves, we naturally fell we deserve and are worthy of positive things happening to us.

There is a big difference between self – love and selfishness.
While self – love has the traits that we described, selfishness is a vice, a complete extreme and opposite to the virtue of self – love.

Selfish people don’t love themselves, they have a negative vibration and are unable to love themselves and others.

Loving yourself sometimes takes forgiveness as a necessary step to first release any resentment, anger and disappointment that we may have towards ourselves.
