My belief is that everyone has a sense of responsibility; the only difference between one person to another is that the timing is off. Responsibility means that there is a chore that has to be done, people who are deemed irresponsible are the ones who fail to do their chores on time. Responsibility is the power of being able to see when, what and why is now something a priority.
