Moderation is about the perfect balance in life.
People need to learn moderation in all areas of their lives; from smallest, every day things to big and important ones.
Moderation in food, sex, resting, working, watching TV, using internet, training your physical body with work out, sleeping, taking care of others, taking care of yourself and many more.
This session is focused on two parts:
A) FIRST SESSION
Finding out where you are lacking moderation the most and healing it
B) SECOND SESSION
Finding out what for in the sum of your personal past lives was the most difficult for you to learn moderation and why.
Afterwards, we will complete that karma.
You can choose from the drop-down menu to work on a specific topic where you feel you are lacking moderation the most (food, sex, resting, working, watching TV, using internet, training your physical body with work out, sleeping, taking care of others, taking care of yourself or any other of your choosing) or the complete two-part session as described under A) and B).
