Many people through their lifetime experience some sort of negative situations.
Those situations can leave an emotional, physical and psychological damage that they, in many instances, just keep carrying on.
Many people never look back to try to heal it, and without knowing, that this is exactly the kind of approach that can be detrimental to life.
In my career of working on people for more than a decade, I have come to understand that those people who are not into spirituality don’t have the knowledge to help themselves, but the ones who are into spirituality, most of them have the right tools but lack working experience in order to help themselves and others.
This is why I have decided to create a special lecture for you to teach you all those tools that are indeed a game changer when working on yourself and others and that will help you successfully heal the future from any sort of emotional, physical and psychological trauma.
In this lecture we will address how to work on:
1. PHYSICAL DAMAGE
You will learn the ins and outs of working on traumas stored in the physical body related to physical injuries.Example: If a person falls and hits the ground the impact gets absorbed into the body.
The question is: Does it ever leave the body?
How to approach this situation to heal the future in question?
2. PSYCHOLOGICAL DAMAGE
Some people go through a difficult situations and certain images stay with them their whole life.
When the psychosocial plane gets damaged, it deeply affects the DNA, causing alterations of information.
With time, people think less about the trauma and try to suppress it, but the memories are still inside buried somewhere and occasionally creep to the surface haunting the person.
This can unsettle the person and prevent them from healing their future.
In this part you will learn how to successfully address psychological damage and heal it.
3. EMOTIONAL DAMAGE
If a person goes through a moment of great sadness - like a loss of a loved one, can this sadness ever leave? Can we do something about it, or do we just need to keep carrying it on?
Emotional damage can be caused by a series of different negative emotions (sadness, anger, resentment, injustice and many more) that become so deeply rooted in our body and mind that can affect our future.
Learning what to do in these situations is the key.
4. HOW TO APPROACH EACH OF THE CATEGORIES WITH TAILOR MADE SOLUTIONS
