The virtue of independence refers to one’s ability to think and act for themselves.
It is associated to being self-reliant, not financially dependent and be able to make their own decisions based on their own judgement.

During the years of working with people I have noticed that some clients have an idea or a dream that they fantasize about, but never dare to pursue it. Very often the excuse was that there is nobody who can help them.
What if they were right? What if truly there is nobody to help them with it? What if, all along it was meant for them to make that dream a reality by themselves? What if they were lacking a little bit of independence?   

The virtue of independence means one has come to the understanding that they can achieve or perform something without an external factor lending them a helping hand. 

Every person already possesses a certain level of independence. Just remember, at one time we were not able to take care of ourselves, somebody else had to do it for us. Today it is different, there are so many things where it is highly inappropriate to even consider asking for help. 
Knowing that we all have a certain amount of independence, the question we have to ask ourselves is the following: Where does my independence stop?

This sessions are structured in such a way where we discover the limits of independence and push them further than ever before.
