- Stubbornness to keep those things and relationships in life that are working against you. People often have a hard time understanding it and admitting it.
- The belief that if you let go of the things and relationships that you have, that you will not be able to find something or someone better. This is why people settle for less.

And this is the reason why people procrastinate to change their lives.
