Confidence is a virtue that sometimes people may think that is hard to obtain, but it is not so.
This virtue has a straight link to the past, which means that there has to be a series of actions and mini achievements that you have previously accomplished and can give you an insight of what your capabilities have been so far and that you are always able to build on top of them achieving more.
Confidence grows as we push ourselves outside of our comfort zone and dare to undertake something different from what we have previously done, something greater and new.
In this session we will work on:
1) Feeling defeated before you even start.
2) Feeling inadequate in a new task.
3) Feeling the need to compare yourself to others and by doing so, to focus on your flaws.
4) Improving your confidence levels by showing you everything great that you have already accomplish.
