Being angry to a small extent is understandable and sometimes needed, but the vice of anger and wrath represents a person who is unable to control their level of anger and they just go blank until they have let everything out and only then they see what damage they have caused to their loved ones.

Anger/Wrath is extremely dangerous because it can lead to violence.

There are different types of processing anger and wrath:

1) IMPLOSION 
People who implode, they “swallow” their anger and wrath, never showing to others that something or someone made them angry.
This leads to: 
- Not being able to deal with the situation that made them angry
- Staying in the past and trying to solve the problem unsuccessfully

2) EXPLOSION
When someone explodes with anger and wrath, they assume a destroying nature, very possibly, hurting others around them.

The inability to control anger and wrath is closely related to:
- Losing one’s connection to the Creator
- Feeling powerless and a victim of someone or something
- Creating excuses that it’s somebody’s else’s fault that they have a problem and their life is damaged.
