Compassion is one of the most important virtues, because it is the one that is the closest to Creator’s energy and that resembles it the most.
There are different types of compassion:
A) compassion for others
B) compassion for yourself
C) compassion for the world
When talking about compassion, we must have the discernment between pity and compassion.
Pity is when you feel sorry for somebody, whereas, compassion is a sense of absolute inclusiveness towards the other person, the ability to notice and understand what they are going through, but without focusing on their pain, suffering and without pitying them. When you pity somebody, you have a low vibration compared to when you have compassion towards them.
Compassion is the virtue with the highest vibration and is very different from feeling sorry for somebody.
Compassionate people are inclusive towards others, they don’t lower themselves to the suffering and feeling sorry vibration.
Offering compassion to somebody in need is a powerful healing.

If you want to stop pitying and feeling sorry for yourself because of how things are going in your life, you need self – compassion.
Understanding what you are going through without suffering and drama is essential if you want to heal yourself.
Remember, when something negative happens to us, Creator doesn’t pity us, doesn’t feel sorry for us and doesn’t get entangled in our drama; Creator understands us, provides love and compassion and an energy of absolute inclusiveness which is the key to help us heal and move on.
C) COMPASSION FOR THE WORLD
Instead of feeling sorry for the world, instead of pitying the world, we must have compassion. This is how we will stop being hurt by all the things that are happening in the world, by the drama and the chaos that is going on.
