IMPORTANT:

In case of choosing the option “Reserve” and paying 50% of the session or session package amount, refunds are not possible.
It is possible however to reschedule the appointment or appointments, following the rules under numbers 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Session Rules explanation.

When choosing the option „Reserve”, you agree to pay 50% of the total session or session package fee.

This option gives you the opportunity to reserve your Fate Changer dates (or your desired dates) months ahead of the date when the session is taking place.

The “Reserve” option is nonrefundable.

You will pay 50% at moment of your booking and the remaining 50%, at least 35 days before your appointment/s through a special link that we will send directly to your email.

Failing to complete your payment at least 35 days before the start of your session or session package, results in losing your deposit and that slot or slots become available to other customers.

Reserving sessions and session packages without the 50% deposit fee is not possible, because you are taking away the opportunity for someone else to get the earliest available dates at that moment.

There is no “Reserve” option for urgent sessions and packages whose starting date is 35 days or less from the date of the booking.
